What are Tennessee Bank & Trust’s hours of operations?
Cool Springs:
Monday — Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Green Hills:
Monday — Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

What do I do if my debit or credit card is lost or stolen?
Call the bank immediately during business hours to cancel the lost or stolen card.
If after hours, call the toll-free number of the card carrier; i.e. VISA, MasterCard.

What do I do if my checkbook is lost or stolen?
Notify the bank as soon as possible. We will take the necessary steps to cancel the remaining check numbers.

How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, contact the human resources or payroll department. They will ask for your Tennessee Bank & Trust routing and transit number, as well as your account number, all of which can be found on your checking account checks.

If my payday falls on a bank holiday, when does my check get deposited?
Your paycheck is deposited on the prior business day.

When do I have access to my funds that are direct deposited?
Generally, funds are available the morning of a payday.

What is an image statement?
Image statements contain images of the cancelled checks with your monthly account statement, not the actual checks.

How do I enroll for Internet Banking?
Click on internet banking and follow the steps to sign up!

How much does it cost?
Accessing account information through Internet Banking is free to all personal
account customers.

How long does it take for my bills to get paid?
Your payment will come out of your Tennessee Bank & Trust account within 24 hours.
It will then be applied to the bill you have specified in the transaction.

What if I forget my password or PIN?
If you forget a password or PIN, you may call the bank to have it reset. You'll be asked to provide additional personal information that will verify your identity. You can also change your password online whenever you wish.
