Tennessee Bank & Trust Announces Green Hills Hires

NASHVILLE, Tenn., January 11, 2007 – Tennessee Bank & Trust, a privately owned and locally controlled institution, has announced the first seven employees for its newly opened Green Hills location in Grace’s Plaza.

James Kuntz joins as Vice President of Operations for Nashville responsible for small business loans, including processing and approving private loans. Kuntz recently retired from Ohio-based TRW, where he was the company’s worldwide Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, he worked as Vice President and General Manager of Republic Steel, as well as owned and managed his own furniture manufacturing firm in Nashville.

Heather Howell is Bank Manager for the Green Hills location. In addition to managing daily operations and bank personnel, Howell is responsible for retail and consumer customer recruitment. She most recently worked as a branch manager with Fifth Third Bank in Nashville. Howell earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Belmont University.

Boothe Dugan transfers from the Cool Springs location as a Loan Processor responsible for working directly with customers and bank officers to ensure that applications are accurately documented and meet all compliance regulations. Dugan earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Deborah Gayles is Head Teller responsible for opening new customer accounts and providing other customer services, as well as overseeing the bank’s nine tellers. A native of California, Gayles worked for City National Bank in Los Angeles for nearly ten years and most recently served as a Bank Relationship Manager at Fifth Third Bank in Nashville.

Jayne Weber works as Customer Service Representative and Teller, responsible for opening new personal and business accounts. Prior to that, she worked as a teller for AmSouth.

Sandra Harding serves as the Green Hills Customer Liaison. Harding staffs the bank’s front desk, which incorporates a concierge approach to greet and help direct customers upon entering the bank. She also provides support to Accounts Payable.

Donna Williams is the Executive Assistant to Dan B. Andrews, Jr., president of the Nashville location of Tennessee Bank & Trust. A Nashville native, Williams has six years of prior banking experience.

Tennessee Bank & Trust in Green Hills offers business and personal bank services with an emphasis on local authority and decision making to expedite loans, deposits and other financial transactions. In addition, the institution focuses on all types of business and professional loans, deposits and payment services, as well as personal financial services, mortgages and wealth management.
