Tennessee Bank & Trust Names Senior Vice President

NASHVILLE, Tenn., February 1, 2007 – Tennessee Bank & Trust, a privately owned and locally controlled institution, has named Dave Mullendore as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, at its Green Hills location in Grace’s Plaza.

Mullendore is responsible for managing the commercial lending division and portfolio for Tennessee Bank & Trust’s new Green Hills location. Most recently, Mullendore served as Vice President, Commercial Lending for Branch Banking & Trust Company in Nashville. In addition, Mullendore’s 28 years of professional experience includes working in senior management positions for SouthTrust/Wachovia, Union Planters, Dominion Bank and First American National Bank. He also worked as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch, where he was a top producer of life insurance sales in the Southeast.

Mullendore is an economics and management graduate of Centre College in Kentucky. He also studied at Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

Mullendore has been a United Way Allocations and Loan Executive for 10 years. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Nashville State Community College.
