Tennessee Bank & Trust Names President
NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 28, 2006 – Tennessee Bank & Trust, a privately owned and locally controlled institution, has named Dan B. Andrews, Jr., as president of the Davidson County market.
Andrews will manage the Nashville location of Tennessee Bank & Trust, scheduled to open in Grace’s Plaza in the fall, which will offer business and personal banking services with local authority and decision-making abilities to expedite loans, deposits and other financial transactions. The institution also will focus on all types of business and professional loans, deposits and payment services, as well as personal financial services, mortgages and wealth management.
Andrews began his career at Nashville City Bank and has held senior executive positions in commercial bank management for AmSouth and Commerce Union Bank. For five years, Andrews headed Crown Tent & Awning Company in Nashville.
Andrews is an economics graduate of Vanderbilt University and a bank management graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Rutgers, N.J.
